Born in 1965 in Eltville in the Rheingau,
trained as a biology laboratory assistant at what was then Hoechst AG (1985-88) and
studied biology at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz with a focus on genetics and biochemistry, diploma thesis at Hoechst AG under Dr. Bernd Kirschbaum (former Executive Vice President MerckSerono) (1990-96)
Research Associate (PhD student, Research Training Group) at the Institute for Microbiology and Hygiene in Mainz (Prof. Rolf Streeck)
Sales professional and specialist at international companies such as NEN, Packard and PerkinElmer ( Business Development Specialist for the international distribution business at PerkinElmer based in Monza (Italy)
Since 2005 freelance consultant and coach for the life sciences (Life Sciences)
